Comelec Rules and Regulations
As stated on the Resolutions No. 10049 – Rules and Regulations implementing Republic Act No. 9006, otherwise known as the “Fair Elections Act”, in connection with the upcoming May 9 elections, stated that one of the rules is, an inspiring candidate cannot post campaign materials on any public establishments such as schools, public shrines, barangay halls, government offices, etc. (Source: Signed PDF Copy/comelec.gov.ph)
Now, are these just photoshopped or not?
