TRAILERS: 10 Short Film Entries You Have To See At Cinemalaya 2015

It is once again Cinemalaya season!

The 11th Cinemalaya Independent Film Festival is going to be held on August 7-15 in CCP and Greenbelt 3, Makati. The event highlights the short film category as this year’s festival will not be having the full length feature category.

Without further adieu, here are the short movie finalists:

 “Gatilyo Ng Baril” by Glenmark Doromal and Eero Francisco

 “Kyel” by Arvin “Kadiboy” Belarmino

“Lisyun Qng Geografia” (Lessons of Geography) by Petersen Vargas

 “Mater” by Annemikami Pablo

“Nenok” by Milo Tolentino

 “Papetir” by Darwin Novicio

“Pusong Bato” (Stone Heart) by Martika Ramirez Escobar

 “Sanctissima” by Kenneth Dagatan

“Wawa” by Anj Macalanda.

Cinemalaya is an annual independent film festival which aims to “encourage the creation of new cinematic works by Filipino filmmakers.” As of posting, the screening schedules are yet to be finalized.
