US President Barack Obama just got bumped up on our “Cool Presidents” list as he just shared a simple and no-frills dinner with Anthony Bourdain in Vietnam.
The two dined at Bún chả Hương Liên, a local restaurant in Vietnam. The restaurant looked like your regular, go-to, budget-friendly joint – just tables and plastic chairs.
Bourdain posted the photo below on his Facebook page. The photo has caption, “Low plastic stool, cheap but delicious noodles, cold Hanoi beer.”

According to CNN, this dinner will be included on an upcoming episode of Parts Unknown.
In case you were wondering how much their meal was, it was a measly $6 check.
Total cost of bun Cha dinner with the President: $6.00 . I picked up the check . #Hanoi

What do you think of this? Did the POTUS got cooler on your list too?
