In observance of the annual Eid’l Adha or the Feast of Sacrifice for Muslims, the Malacañang declares September 12, Monday, a regular holiday.
The proclamation was signed by President Rodrigo Duterte last September 5.

Meanwhile, since it has been declared as a ‘regular holiday,’ the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) mandates the pay matrix shall be implemented accordingly, ABS-CBN reported.
