Let’s take a break from all the headache-inducing bad news circulating the Philippine internet, shall we? We’ve found something that just might make you smile, and perhaps even feel proud again of your Pinoy heritage no matter where you are in the world.
A group of Pinoy OFWs in Hong Kong created a hoverboard dance video, and it’s all sorts of cool! Most of our talented kababayans involved in the making of the video work in Hong Kong as Disneyland performers, while one is a Fitness Professional in a prime gym in HK.
Being c0lleagues and good friends, the group hangs out all the time. They even live in the same neighborhood! They often use their hoverboards to just stroll around, enjoying the freedom of exploring gorgeous Hong Kong. But when David Moore’s hoverboard dance video of Justin Bieber’s What Do You Mean surfaced the internet, the guys got inspired.
And inspiration really does go a long way—the group practiced every night for a week, from 10pm to 3am, after a long day’s work. Talk about dedication and passion!
But, well, all those hardwork paid off. They finished the routine, and the rest, as they say, is history.
